Terms of use
Last updated
These terms cover this website and its waitlist. Cooklog, the app, isn’t open yet. When it opens, it will have terms of its own, which you’ll see before you sign up.
Cooklog is run by Oliver Burke, in the United Kingdom. By using this website you agree to these terms.
The website
- The site describes an app that is still being built. Features, plans and dates may change before it opens, and some may not happen at all.
- The recipes and examples on the site are illustrations, not cooking advice.
- We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. It doesn’t guarantee access to the app on a particular date.
- We’ll email you about Cooklog’s launch and send occasional news about it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.
- You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.
Using the site fairly
Don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or sign up addresses that aren’t yours.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, which is free and offered for information.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
